Student services and support programs

Student support services

The student support services (SSS) department is focused on supporting students in particular special education and learning support students enrolled in the school.

Our philosophy is to provide individualised programmes that support all students in achieving success. We aim to develop the individual, identifying academic, social and emotional needs, building on student strengths and interests, as well as closing learning gaps.

Curriculum Rationale:

  • Structured for every student to learn at their level.

  • Individualised, targeted learning based upon data.

  • Progress towards successful inclusive education practice.

  • Preparation for Senior Schooling and Transition to Work.

  • Prepare students for multi exit levels via School Based Traineeships.

  • Provide entry level competent workers for the local community.
