From Tuesday 29 November through to Thursday 01 December, 2022, we are conducting a three-day Orientation Program to welcome new students to familiarise them with our school before the holiday break.
On these days, students will participate in a range of exciting activities, have the opportunity to meet key staff and make new friends. We encourage students to attend all three days to receive the most out of this program.
If you can please sign and complete both forms below and return to the Executive Services Building at Ormeau Woods State High School.

Please note - students must be Enrolled for 2023 to attend O-Week.
How to submit enrolment package
Before submitting your enrolment application please ensure you have all the required documents and both the parent/caregiver and student have signed in all required places to ensure a smooth enrolment process.
· Completed Enrolment Application forms
Proof of Residence must have the parents name and address on the following documents which relate to the residing property (a current rates bill, lease or rental agreement, gas, water or power bills, internet connection).
We do not accept drivers’ licences, bank statements or Centrelink documents
· Copy of student’s Birth Certificate or Valid Passport
Documents can be returned the paper copy to the Executive Services Building at Ormeau Woods State High School during Office Hours.

Please note - When submitting your enrolment pack via email, please sent your documents as an attachment NOT via a 3rd party external file sharing programs (such as – Google Drive, iCloud and non-EQ OneDrive). These files cannot be accessed on Education Queensland devices and we can therefore not open.
