The Queensland Tertiary Admissions Centre (QTAC) in Queensland issues eligible students with their Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) as well as offers to 17 learning institutions for any students (ATAR or Future Ready Pathway) applying for further study in Year 13.
The Australian Tertiary Admissions Rank (ATAR) is the primary mechanism used across Australia for tertiary admissions. ATAR is expressed through numbers between 0.00 to 99.95, and indicates a student’s position relative to other students.
Students now have a range of pathways and options to complete further study which include ATAR, VET Guarantee entry, bridging studies and competency based training.

For all students in Year 12, every student and family is provided the opportunity to have a one-on-one meeting to support your QTAC or TAFE application and ensure you have maximised your opportunities for the following year.
