Welcome to Ormeau Woods State High School's groundbreaking rugby league program! Our initiative is designed to ignite a passion for the sport while nurturing academic success and personal growth. Led by experienced coaches, students receive top-tier training in skill development, tactics, and fitness. Through regular fixtures and tournaments, participants showcase their talents and build camaraderie. Application Guide
Students who apply for the Academy of Rugby League Excellence Program must complete a 2-stage process:
Stage One
Successful applicants will be invited to progress to Stage Two.
*Not all candidates will progress to Stage Two.
Stage Two
Applicants will be invited to attend a rugby league trial in term 2 at Ormeau Woods State High School:
