Leader Scholarships

Ormeau Woods SHS is thrilled to offer Leader Scholarships to school captains from our local feeder primary school

Benefits for feeder primary school captains:
As part of the Leader Scholarship, students receive:

one OWSHS Formal Junior Uniform (includes 1 shirt & 1 shorts/skort),
one OWSHS Sports Uniform (includes 1 shirt & 1 shorts),
one OWSHS winter jacket,
School Resource Scheme participation (for one year, once enrolled),
one iPad (received at the start of Year 7)

The Leader Scholarship is valid for one year. Recipients of the Leader Scholarship will receive confirmation from Ormeau Woods State High School via their Primary Schools.

Sports Scholarships

At Ormeau Woods State High School, our Sports Scholarships recognise and support students who demonstrate outstanding sporting ability, commitment and potential.

Scholarships are offered by invitation, with candidates identified by our coaching staff and considered in consultation with the Principal.

Students will have the opportunity to be part of a high-performance environment that supports both their athletic and academic growth.

To apply for a Sports Scholarship, please complete the application form for either Football or Rugby League and submit to Ormeau Woods SHS Administration Office or email to: enrolments@ormeauwoodsshs.eq.edu.au
